Job description
Plan and monitor projects to meet deadline, quality and budget requirements
Manage client relationships and serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients
Manage and co-ordinate project teams throughout all phases of the project, including both in-house and freelance translators, using proprietary workflow and project management tools
Take care of file pre-processing and post-processing tasks
Check and edit translations and manage quality control processes
Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients and localization teams
Ensure the accuracy of financial project data, workflows, schedules and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability
Skills and Experience
At least 2 years’ experience managing projects for translation/localization clients
University Degree, preferably in a language-related subject
Excellent computer literacy with an understanding of localization processes; very good knowledge of CAT tools is a must
Ability to independently lead large projects, including project scheduling and managing teams at the project level
Linguistic skills with the ability to assess quality and completeness of translations
Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay calm under pressure
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English for working with suppliers and clients across cultures - proficiency in other languages is an asset
