Quality Policy

At ORCO, the quality of service at all levels of its operation is an issue of paramount importance. The company invests considerable effort to maintain the highest possible qualitative standards, a fact which is also evidenced in our succesful accreditation according to the ISO 9001 and ΕΝ 17100 quality standards. The quality characteristics of our service are mirrored in the company’s objectives, in terms of our vision and values, set by management and staff to form our Quality Policy.
Furthermore, the vision and values of the company are transformed into ORCO’s mission to be accomplished successfully by the company as a whole, its individuals and its teams, aiming at undertaking all tasks at the highest quality standards. Our objectives and mission are coupled with the company’s principles, which govern our Quality Policy in terms of code of conduct, business ethics, lawful operation, commitment and pride.
ORCO’s mission is to provide high quality translation services with the aim of achieving client satisfaction and maximizing benefits for both the client and ORCO.
